Doing it in the Dark Means You’re Not Exchanging Fluids.

That’s right! I don’t know who told you different, but if you can’t see it, it didn’t happen. That’s why I never watch TV with the lights on. I plop down on the sofa for a few hours, probably have three or four beers, and that’s six to eight hundred calories! It’s more on weekends, too. Shame on me!

When you do anything in the dark, you’re going to fall asleep. I don’t care if you pick out a quality film like La Grande Bouffe or settle for something the old lady put on. No one is so awake that they can escape that sweet embrace of simulated night-night time. More sleep equals less drinking. If you do it in the dark, you’ll shed more pounds! – Stevie
